Just read in PFK that prawns are ok as part of the Mbuna diet. Is this correct because this would certainly make feeding easier as I have a couple of Haps in there too, as discussed in another thread. I still wouldn't be overfeeding on them but as a treat once or twice a week. I thnk it says smething to do with the meaty products from land that cause bloat. It does actually mention Prawn as part of th diet too. Thx in advance.

Prawns are OK in small quantities but spirulina enriched frozen brine shrimp (or normal brine shrimp) is much better IMO, especially if you have a lot of herbivores in the tank. :good:

Thx m8, been putting live brine shrimp in and feeding a spiulina flake so far. U think twice a week is over-doing it?

No that's OK - just don't go mad with the quantity. :good:
