Powerhead To Filter Busted What Should I Get Now?

Hi there,

I have an aqua one tank, the power head to the filter broke and was wondering if I should replace the power head or get a whole new filtration system that would be better. Any help/opinions would be great. What sort of rating as in g/hour or l/hour will i need for a 32g or 130ltr tank

P.S. With the light I am about to get the tank has the potential to be open topped.

Why are you using a powerhead? You not using any sort of internal or external filter?

I am but I dont believe the filter system that comes with the aqua one tanks is good enough

Right, so what you using the powerhead for?

Can you not just get the same again?

It might be worth investing in a decent external?

These units have been updated/changed since I bought mine, I know but what can I use in the mean time that will do a good job and will not break the bank until i get the external?

Oh right, would think any powerhead rated a similar amount as the filter was should be ok. The rena powerheads always look good to me, small too.
