Thanks Ben and Colin, so I haven't missed one then - just waiting now for my control unit to come back from aquacadabra, they should have got it Tuesday then it will be one more try with the polario and if not think it will probably be streams for me

Yes, I have huge reservations about it ever being quiet enough

The new Koralia 3 I bought had a guard for the front part, didn't notice it before as it was under the cardboard - might be a good bet with my nems

Why not combine a Vortech and a Hydor Koralia? The vortech can supply the random flow and the Koralia can keep that randomness moving...?

This is exactly the route I'll be following Seff.
Vortech for the main circulation and the Tunze 6055 as a flow disruptor.

Oh Ski and Colin, if only I could afford the vortech - that is exactly what i would do, but they are soooo very expensive and I would need two for my tank

How good would that be but unfortunatly Mr Seffie was made redundant some months back but the golf clubs, now there is an idea
