Powder blue gouriami sick

Please help my powder blue gouriami is sick . his body is swollen and he's not eating . he's laying at the botton of the tank on his side . does anyone know what could be wrong with him

To be honest once they are at the bottom of the tank lied on there side they are dying, need some info on water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, how many gallons is the tank, plus fish and which type, and what do you feed the fish.
