I have viewed this forum for several months. I haven't posted. I want to post in the marine secton but I can't. I says I don't have permission. Obviously I can post here. Could one of the administrators help please.

You are Validating. That means you aren't a confirmed member of the forum yet. You should have been sent an email when you joined the forum that gives you a link to click on. It sometimes goes to the Junk Email. If you can't find it, you can resend the validation email. A link should be on the member bar. Once you click the link, you'll be able to post anywhere.
