posting pics?

hi folks
wondered if someone can tell me how to post pics?, i am guessing you need a website to put them on first, anyone know any good ones?, and what size the pics need to be ad how to down size them etc, really want to post pics of my fish for you all

If you post the pics in the Fish & Aquarium Pics forum then you don't need an image hosting site, you can upload them right to your post. If you need to resize your pics, check out www.fookes.com - you can download a free program called EZThumbnails.

If you want an image hosting site, check out www.photobucket.com Then you can post pics in any forum.

I would suggest www.uploadit.org You can upload your pictures from your computer (after you have resized them) to this website. You can get a free account giving up to a 20 file upload, I think, which is plenty if you just want to put a few fishy pics here and there.

hi folks,
thanks for the advice, i have gone with uploadit.org , and have been having a go at upload so fingers crossed i will be able to get nice pics of my fish, i have plenty of my dgos of which i will stick in the correct section for you all to look at, failing that, check my website for my beasts!!! lol
