Posting pics

Im not very new here, but i still havn't figured out how to post pics?
help someone

only certain forums allow the uploading of pics
at the end on the post screen there will be an
atach image box, click browse and it opens a port for you to find the image on your 'puter. If it is not there then you can't on that forum.

a lot of people use an off site host, such as photobucket
and the copy and paste the img tags into their post
allowing a picture to be posted anywhere.
