sorry guys for posting so many topics but can anyone tell me how i post pics in this section so i dont have to send people round the houses for the pourpose of fish i.d'ing any help welcome

Hey Gaz

As you are aware this section doesn't have an upload facility like the "members picture" section does. What you have to do is get an upload/web hosting site. I would recommend that you use

www.photobucket.com

It only takes a minute to register and then you can start uploading. Once you have uploaded the file you want on photobucket. You then attach the link to the photo into the post you are writing. You will find a complete link just under the thumbnail of the picture in your photobucket account and it is just a matter of copy and paste. If you only have the link then you will need to add html brackets.

This is very simple it just a matter of doing the following.

[-img-] The link you want to put in [-/img-]

Note you have to do this without the "-" between the brackets, I put them in as if I didnt it would try to link a none existent picture.

For example, I will do it with the fishforum logo.

[-img-] http/www.fishforums.net/style_images/logo1.jpg [-/img-]

remove the "-" and you get the image as follows
