Posting Bristlenose's

Can anyone give me some advice on how to go about sending Bristlenose's via couriers??

Ive had quite a lot of interest in my fry for when they get a bit bigger, but ive never posted before..

never sent any myself but got a few through the post. pollystyrene box, double bagged and the bottom corners of the bag taped up as most plecs have a habit of sucking them selfs into the corner and there a mare to get out. oh and of course a heatpack
