Posting A Fish

right. a few members on here have asked me about posting flyer cichlids (there free on "members aquariums and fish pics") . so um....how do i post a fish?

I'd only like to add that over here in england, its the law that if you are posting a fish it needs a 1st class stamp and must arive within 2days at its destination of being posted.
