Possible Swim Bladder

wow today really has been bad ,

first off one of my 7" pond goldfish was found belly up, now one of my 3 spot Gourami is freaking out in my tank.
its just lying on the floor moving its pectorial fins (front) and isnt moving its back coudal fin. its swimming upside down.
Nothings changed or been added for months none of my other fish are showing any symtoms of any problems. its back also looks *frozen* and S bent, its showing no movement of its back fins.
if it is swim bladder i cant do anything but i do have some general anti bacterial medication.

any help?!

Need some more info.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
Full stock of fish in the tank.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Bent spines fish tb to internal parasites.
Have the fish gone thin.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Sorry once fish are unside down they die.
