Possible Problem W/tank

All of a sudden, my fish appear to be "gasping"--opening and closing their mouths as they swim or hang-out. I don't recall them exhibiting this behavior until recently.

Tank size: 65 gallons
pH: 7.8
ammonia: low
nitrite: low
nitrate: low
kH:
gH: 100
tank temp: 80

Fish Symptoms: described above

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 10 gallons every 2 weeks

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Tank inhabitants: 1 Humu, 1 porc. puffer, 1 clown trigger, 1 niger trigger, 1 small lion fish, 2 sailfish, 3 misc., 1 small angler, 4 hermit crabs, 1 choc. chip starfish

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): n/a

What do you means stats are low ammonia should be 0 and nitrite, immediate water change.
