Possible pregnant danio, need help!!!

As you can tell from my sig, i have some danios and im pretty sure one is pregnent. Its larger then the rest (read that is an indication that its female) and it has been moving very slow lately. Its now sitting at the bottom and swimming everyone once and while. The female also has a red area by its anus, would this be an indication of eggs?

Should i remove the suspected female or is it not full of eggs and perhaps is constipated or something?

firstly this is a pic or male and female ZD's (female in the foreground)

when you say she is sitting on the bottom of the tank and moving slowly, I'm thinking swimbladder problems, added to that you mention red anus, I'm thinking a possible parasite problem.

what are your water params?
is she clamping her fins?
any rapid gill movements?
any other sympotoms that is not "normal"?
