Possible Outbreak Of Ich!

I was just over at my friends house where i keep my tank and i noticed one of my platies has one small white spot on him.

From what I've read it seems like it's ich.

What medication is best to use? I'm located in the US.

Should i wait a day or two to see if thats what it actually is or start medicating tomorrow when i can get the medication?

Please use Protozin - follow instructions on the med
up the water temp to 28 - 30 cel - if your fish can stand it + make sure you have plenty of oxygen in the water

i have 3 platies and an albino cory, it should be okay to use the full dosage right?

I know i can't use salt due to the cory, but I just want to make sure he will be fine with the meds

Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.
The spot will be the size of a grain of salt.
Any redness to the spot.
You can use the full dose of the waterlife med with corys.

That's what my one fish looks like, but he only has one spot.

I'm going to my LFS tomorrow to pick up some meds
