Possible New Additions To My 15 Gal Tank

im looking to add some african dwarf frogs tto my 15 gal tank which houses 6 rasbora and 2 red robin gourami im looking to see should i add more vegetation to my tank and more specifically which species of plant, should i add more caves and hidding places as my tank is pretty open at the moment any ideas from ppl

I have a 15 gal and it's got Amazon Swords, Cambomba, a Pygmy chain sword, some floating mini water lettuce and 2 biggish peices of bogwood. Tho it has no caves as such, now the Amazons and Cambomba have grown it has plenty of hiding places. The bogwood also creates shelter and "blind spots".

I love it personally, I love how natural it looks. So if you didn't want to go down the cave route you could try something like that instead.
