Possible fungus??

This little fella has lost color, reddish spot on the back, not feeding.
Tank 1 year old reg water change, all parameters good, chemical check etc. Possibly fungus? If so what can I do. I don't want it to spread. Low water level, just doing water change

The pictures arent very clear. I cant see any noticeable fungus.
