Possible Columnaris

In one of my smaller tanks I have a fish with what I can only describe as a whiteish blister with a long cottony strand flowing from it.

I presume that this is columnaris...

What uk meds are there to treat this?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Is it possible to load a pic up onto the site.
Any redness to the white blister.
Are you sure it's a strand of cotton coming from the blister, and not a parasite.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing, excess mucas, darting, erratic swimming, laboured breathing.
