i last night moved 2 large angels from my main tank into their own tank as they have spwned a few times in my com tank, the tank i put them in had another large angel in that was switched into the com tank. i had to move the new angel breeding tank so all the water was removed but while doing this all the angels were in the com tank together along with 3 smaller angels. when i came to transfer the 2 angels i noticed that there was mark on the side of one of them that wasnt there before and one had a rip in its tail, i guess they didnt get on too well!
after all the fish were in the correct tanks i noticed one of the smaller angels was hiding which is out of character but when it eventually came out it had a swollen eye on one side. it could be a battle scar as i never noticed it before or is it popeye? there are no other symptoms etc just hiding away a lot...
i will try and post a picture for more acurate details when i get chance to get one of him.
im going to change 25% water tonight to see if that helps him along.
