Popeye?

does this look like popeye?
this is a female bristle nose catfish i lost a couple of weeks ago. i treated the tank and it all looked ok but i have just noticed that my male bnc eyes look slightly puffy and am worried it is the start of popeye or what ever the female had.(it is only slight & i might be getting myself at it!)
has anyone experienced this befoe.

Sorry can't even see anything on that pic, what are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph, is the eye bulging out.

It does look like pop-eye. What did you treat with last time? and was it in the same fish or a different one? Also, what are your water stats?
