Pop Eye? I Think?

My female Betta has a glossy left eye and its swollen. im guessing this is pop eye??? I have her Quarantined and with an airstone. im currently treating her with Melafix and salt. what other Treatments could i do??

Clean water!

That might be difficult in a tank with no filter, so you'll need to do 100% water changes at least once a day, or as often as you can. Or get it back in a tank with proper filtration.

You would be better off with a filter. Get at least a 3 gallon or up for your betta. I believe bettas do not need airstones with a filter. The flow of the filter should be good enough. Bettas like calm water. Just sayin'
