Can you burst it just behind the eye....one of my friends has done this with another of his rams, and its worked....

Maybe Wilder will know if you can do that for future reference.

If its still alive, I would euthinase it. Sorry for your loss.

It bacterial they turn into a sore then eat away at the skin.
You really need antibiotics but you have to issolate as the antibiotics mess water stats up, or wipe the beneifical bacteria colony out completely in the filter.
Once a fish is upside down they rarely make it, sorry.

Can you get antibiotics for them in the UK?

In the uk you can only get antibiotics from a vet.
But I think you can buy online.
