This one is obriously pop eye cos it looks a bit like this fella 
! Its a breed of barb, but im not quite sure as i'm a newbie! 
I read somewhere that it can be caused by an air stone over oxtgenating the water, is this true?
Also would fin rot be blatently obvious. My other barb has a prfectly formed tail where as "popeyes" is slightly jagged kind of thing
