Poorly Molly With Raised Scales? :(

my male molly has become ill, he first dident seem himself now a couple of days later hes at the top and has raised scales
anyone know what this could be and how i would treat it? thankyou xxx

Raised scales suggests dropsy, which unfortunately is not good, & is usually fatal.

the raised scales are only on one side where a lighter patch was a week ago wich i thaught was a bite/scrape from another fish or something, will try and get a pic
