Poorly guppy - need help!!

Anyone know what’s wrong with my guppy?

Male plattys can attack female guppies, is it an open wound or internal?

It’s difficult to tell - never had an issues previously and platies can live with guppies right?

She’s hiding at the back but looks internal with some scales damaged

I managed to get a better photo.
Another one has got minor flakes on her scales too and minimal redness

If I’m honest, platies can turn on guppies, I also read this on another forum. I would either move the platties or move the guppies, however I would definitely isolate the injured guppies in a hospital tank and treat with some melafix for the wound
