I'm not sure how much can be done but i'll post it here see if there's any suggestions.
I have a Bronze cory who's unable to stay upright, swims occasionally, but cannot stay upright either swimming or at rest. When static upside down at the front of the tank i noticed her vent was bleeding and appeared to have prolapsed slightly, also small bubbles were coming out. I'm guessing that during recent spawning activity she's overexerted herself or been pestered too much by the males and has ruptured something internally, including her swimbladder. I've isolated her in a tank of her own tank water with a dose of myxazyn for any infection and melafix as a general tonic.
General tank stats from the tank she was in are
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate <20ppm
pH 6.8
It's a 200L tank that i'm in the process of cloning with a mature filter from a previous setup, all the other cory's and my 2 BN plecs are doing fine. I don't think I'll be able to save her but you never know.

cory. I thought it would so never mind, but it's a shame as it was one of the first I managed to breed. Perhaps there was a genetic weakness?
