I have a common plec in the tank with my fish and he doesnt seem to be doing to well his fin are very nibbled he is about 5" so not small but seems to get his self nibbled i thought it was ok to keep a plec in with these fish? Also myAstatotilapia Latifasciata i dont think is doing well he doesnt go near any of the other fish spends all day getting away from them and is very pale the only time he has his colour is at feeding and when the lights are off. Should i be looking at swapping him?

What other fish are in the tank with him as you have 2 tanks listed

Has your pleco been in the tank since the initial setup or is it a recent addition? Often times, any fish that are newly introduced to a tank are picked on. Whereas, if your cichlids start out young and grow up around the plec, they will do much better with it.
