Pond Water

Hi.Ive had my pond pump switched off for about 3 months now but the water seems to be getting a little cloudy.
Was wondering if it would be ok to maybe drain off about 10%,and refill with fresh.
I fed no food for first 2 months,and now only a very sparse amount of wheatgerm when the days are a little warmer (about once a week).
Or would it be best to leave alone till the spring arrives?

Im thinking of changeing 10% my self maybe in the next 2 weeks but as it's getting colder im think less about doing it, but i found 2 gold fish with white spot so it more inportant that i do it .

As for feeding i my self wouldnt feed for another month at least, do you know the temp of the water? as it has to be at least 10c, plus time for the food to digest as it's cold it would take longer.

ive had my filter on over winter but may try it with out for next winter.
