Hi, Am thinking ( and hopefully will be doing) about a new Pond. A raised one. And of course the Liner will be expensive, so, I was thinking about concreting the walls and sealing it! So could anyone offer me some good advice for future reference.

Would this way be cheaper?

I was looking at these Blagdon ones here

Are they any good, if not any recomendations?

Many thanks!!

Bribones picked up his 8x6? liner on ebay for about 30 quid.

G4 paint is what you would use whish does get expensive for a large pond.

Whopps didn't look at the link properly I think you should do some calcualations to find out how many metres squared you have then you can do some proper costing.

MMM i don't really want to buy off Ebay, i can't be arsed with paypal and all that, i will look though, cheers!

alot of people don't use paypal now as by ebay rules you cant transfer the fee's the buyer which is really unfair IMO being a big seller myself.

It's orety annoying not being able to pay by paypal espeically if it's a stupid litle thing.

drop this bloke an e-mail kent hes the seller i got mine from ,im sure hell sort you out a deal via cheque or postal order

and quite right too if buyers had to pay the fees it would go belly up ,you just add the fees into your reserve price paul on the up side if your item sells you dont lose on the down side it means you may not sell, its a buyers market  which is how i like it

oops nearly forgot  a liner is gonna be more secure than concrete IMO and wont work out any more expensive than concrete add up your sand cement gravel then your pond paint/sealer itl prob work out cheaper and safer to use a liner
