what are you planning to do? I dont see how you could do much with a pond liner.

if you mean build sump with a pond liner then i wouldnt due to the folds you will get in all the corners.

be easier/better/porbably cheaper to buy a clearseal/cheap tank

yep build a sum out of pindliner and it wouldnt be cheaper as it needs to be 200 gallons

Look on ebay for a KOI vat, they come in big sizes and are fiber glass.

im pretty sure that some pond liner are reef safe though, as some of the big breeze block tanks use it.
