Pmdd Dosing Instructions

Ok, so I recently got my box from greg watson. I order a bunch of the pmdd premix. Is there a dosing schedule? Do I still need to does with flourish? any other ferts?

Though you may need to change it based on your tank size, here is an example

But you might need to increase/decrease on things that might be already in the tank.

Should I have gotten the separate ferts instead of the pmdd mix? or should I just do 1/2tsp every other day? (for my 30g)
