What are your water stats? Be easier to help you and your fish out if we knew that vital information.

Need stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph as bad water quality can make the heavy breath and flick on things.

Bad water quality do you have a nitrite reading, water change immediately.
How long has the tank been set up.
How many gallons is the tank, and how many fish and which type.
Also increase aeration in the tank if you can.

so what are good reading im not sure if my ammonia is 0 or 0.25 i think its 0 on the color chart it looks like both tho

now nitrate at 5

Not so sure on some of the fish but it dosnt looked overstocked, but ammonia reading should be 0, it dosn't take much to kill a fish that needs excellent water quality.
Thanks kj seemed to of missed it.

You didn't answer how long the tank had been setup, if a while i would invest in another filer, and what your maintance routine.

its been setup for like 2 months and i gravel vacum like 30% 3 times a month

Cut the gravel vacs out till ammonia and nitrite are 0, shouldnt touch the gravel till then.
