Plr Zz Help Water Change Now Or After Meds?

i have a 3ft tank and am currently treating my 9neons (already lost 2 ) with whitespot treatment and melafix im on the 4th day of treatment and it says to do a water change after treatment is done but the water is really cloudy do i still wait to do the change or do it now?
my stats are fine
ammonia 0.25 - 0.50
nitrate 5.0
nitrite 0

Do an immediate water change your stats are high, plus neons are sensitive to water quality, can I ask why you are using the melafix.

eh i thought thoses water stats were low whats high?
and im using the melafix as they looked like had fin rot so was told on here to use that to help with their fins

Sorry got the nitrite and nitrate mixed up, but you still have a high ammonia reading, if it says to do a water change do one, plus you need to do one anyway with the ammonia reading.
