Dear Friends,
Please help with my Pleco, I have had him for years now.
History do far:

Tiger Oscars get Hole in theHead - Terminal
Tank heater fails when on holiday (6 months ago) Everyone dies except pleco.
Tank settels then re stocked with Tiger Barbs and Cherry Barbs (I went simple this time) Also two silver sharks from another tank
Polyps/Ulcers appear
Water Change regularly running external filter without Carbon
Treated with Esha twice
No one knows what it is? It isnt bothering his feeding but one by one my other fish are dying?

Nitrite is 0, Nitrate is minimal, Ever so slight salt, like 3 teaspoons to a 15,15,48 tank.

Constant 25C temp.

Some plants and a gentl stream of air bubbles running.

Lights are on a timer 4 till 10pm

I'm looking forward to any help?

Thats bad.
You need to issolate him and use and antibiotic if its not to late.
I would phone a vet to see if the would perscribe antibiotics.
You need to use antibiotics in issolation as they wipe the benefical bacteria out in the filter.

Did it start off as a pimple that ulcerated into a hole.
Plecs don't tolerate salt to well.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing or excess mucas.
