Salt & plecos are not a good combination & you need to split them - they can be territorial.

What size tank are they in, what kind of pleco are they, what other fish are in the tank and how many, and how big are the plecos? No you can't use salt with plecos, if your plecos have ich then I'd recommend NOX-ICH and use half dose.
