The rule is NO, surely. Plecs get to 30+ cm and need tanks upwards of 200 litres to be healthy. I'm not aware of any Bi-Orb that big!

Id say no too. Even small plecs such a BNs need a bigger space then a Bi-orb.
Bio-orbs have a very small floor space as they are circular and so a plec would not to suitable for this sort of tank. An alternative, if your looking for something to keep the tank clean, would be shrimp, otos or snails.

i have 3 biorbs, and wouldnt keep anything more than a couple of guppies or a single betta in the larger 2 (30 and 60l) the 15L is fit for nothing really.

I see you have a cory in there... id get him a pal or too because they do best in groups, rather then getting any of the fish i suggested.
Also, id get rid of the sharks lol.. not a good idea at all but i see you realise that already!
