Please Id This Plant

Can someone tell me what this plant is? It goes red at the top when it grows higher, so im assuming under high light it would be a red plant. It grows like mad in both my aquariums!

I have this in my tank. Steve stuck some in for me but dunno what it is lol He said it might be Hygrophila, but he weren't sure so be interested if you find out. x

Probably Hygrophila polysperma: there are a few colour variants, a few of which tend to red.
