PLEASE HELP!!!!

My female gold fish is very lethargic and laying on her side, and like floating up on her side.
We know it’s not good but we don’t know how to identify what’s wrong.

Pictures of the fish?

Have you tested the pod water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?
If yes, what are the results in numbers?

How long have you had the goldfish for?
How long has the pond been set up for?
Is there a filter on the pond?
Have you added anything to the pond in the last 2 weeks?

Does anyone use chemicals around the pond (herbicide, etc)?

Do you do water changes on the pond?
If yes, how often and how much do you change?
