Hi, i have just noticed today a problem with my molly. It seems very lethargic and sometimes is at an angle in the water, sometimes slightly on its side and sometimes with its head "up". The fish looks fine with no marks or spot or anything like that.
All water stats are fine. The tank is cycled.
Anybody got any ideas?
thanks

Swim bladder, constipation or internal bacterial infection at a guess.

You could try;
raising the temperature and lowering the depth of water
fasting for a couple of days, then feeding lightly cooked, shelled peas
a bath in Epsom or aqauarium salt (NOT table salt; 1 tablespoon in a gallon of water for 30 minutes)
a course of Myxazin.
