Please Help Me With My Keyhole Cichlid!

Hey, i'm having a few problems with my Keyhole Cichlid and could do with some advice. I noticed a few weeks ago he appeared to have a swollen anus. I decided to treat the tank with Melafix for a few days to see if this had any improvement as a few fish were looking a bit ragged anyway. This didn't improve it. After a water change last Thursday, I decided to treat the tank with Flubenol as i'd read about the possibility of worms. After doing this the swelling appears to have gone down but he's now spending most of his time sat on the gravel in caves. He is usually very active and friendly. There is no visible signs of parasitic/bacterial infection but I decided to try Interpet Anti Internal Bacteria after doing some more reading with him being inactive and lethargic. His fins are also quite ripped strangely. This does happen sometimes though and they heal quickly. All the other fish in the tank are fine. Does anyone know what else I can do and can anyone help shed any light on the situation? I'd hate to lose him, he's my favourite fish! Thanks!

How long is it since you used the med as sometimes you have to redose to get rid of the young parasites.
Internal parasites cause bacterial infectons as they damage the organs.
Sometimes the wormer is to late for the fish if the damage has been done to the organs, but you have to dose the tank to save the rest.
See how he goes with the bacterial med.

I dosed the flubenol a week last Thursday and the Interpet Anti Internal Bacteria on Thursday. I'm due to put another dose of that in tomorrow. I've just added some API Aquarium Salt aswell, which has caused the Emperors to start spawning. He's still eating and acting normally in the evenings, it's really odd! Just spends all day sat on the bottom. Anyone?

Anti internal bacteria med by interpet only works on mild bacterial infections.
The parasites could have done to much damage which is reversable.
Is he still going to the toilet.
