I currently have a 30gallon freshwater tank that is already setup. My problem is I don't know which fish to put in there. I like exotic and colorful fish such as the Black Ghost Knifefish (Apteronotus albifrons), oscar (Astronotus ocellatus), common discus (Symphysodon discus), alligator gar (Atractosteus spatula), Jack Dempsey (Nandopsis octofasciatum), and other chichlids. The problem with these fish are that they either need a large aquarium, usually 50gallons or more; or they are agressive with other fish.
I was wondering if there is a fish that needs no more than a 30gallon tank, and is not hostile with other fish.
