Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):

Long story, bear with me. About 4 weeks ago, my plecaustimos(sic) who had always been a hider started coming out during the day. Thought nothing of it, figured he was looking for food. Then my first Diamond Tetra died, suddenly just died. I figured he was one of my first fish and thought nothing of it, didn't inspect him, he'd have been ~ 3 years old.

A few days later, my second Diamond Tetra died. Checked him out, but didn't see anything obviously wrong.

A week later, my Upside-down cats started coming out during the day, they looked bloated and had a whitish tinge to them with little white "Boils". Looked at everyone in the tank, sure enough, my Glass Cat also had them on him. Went out and bought "Quick Cure" thinking it was Ick, too late for 1 of my upside down cats, he was gone when I got back. The last Diamond Tetra was "Twitching" as he breathed, kinda weird.

Over the next 2 days, the other Upside-down and the Glass died. My Weather Loach had a spot on his tail that looked like someone bit him, with white filaments growing on it, and white filaments growing out of his mouth. The plecaustimos(sic) was now completely missing, and my Kuhlli Loach was missing as well.

On the 3rd day after starting the Quick Cure, the Diamond Tetra hemorraghed, could see the blood under his scales and in his eyes. The Weather Loach started sitting on the gravel at the bottom or on top of the heater belly up.

On the 5th day, the Weather loach died.

For a week everyone left seemed ok. About 3 days ago, my Male Powder Grommie started looking like his belly was distended. I decided to try the only thing I had left at the house, "Fungus Eliminator".

At the moment, the Grommie is dieing, he's on his side at the bottom looking like he's done in.

All of the remaining fish look ok.

Volume and Frequency of water changes:

Once every 7 days, 50%

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Driftwood, store-bought castle and "Log" that've been in the tank for 2 years.

Tank inhabitants:

Originally: Weather Loach, Plecaustimos, Raphael Cat, Black Knife Fish, Male & Female Powder Grommies, 3 Diamond Tetras, 3 Panda Bear Cat's, Kuhlli Loach, 2 African Butterfly Fish, 2 Cherry Barbs, 2 Upside-down Cats, 1 Glass Cat(I know I was overstocked, I was an amateur, figured I'd wait for them to slowly move on and not buy anymore fish until I got the numbers down).

Now: Raphael Cat, Black Knife Fish, Female Powder Grommie, 2 Cherry Barbs, 3 Panda Bear Cats, 2 African Butterfly Fish.

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):

Only thing I added was 2 freshwater clams about 2 weeks prior to the begining.

Exposure to chemicals:

Quick Cure
Fungus Eliminator

Digital photo (include if possible):

No camera :(

Many thanks for any help!

Yes the tank was well overstocked, and your test results are still saying it with the ammonia reading.
The fish have bacterial symtoms want to look into in further.
The boil where are they on the fish do they look like a cluster of berries.
Pointing also towards there might be a parasite at work, so any sign of flicking and rubbing against objects, laboured breathing.
The blood under the scales is septicemia.
Check the gills over to see if there -pale with excess mucas, or red and inflamed, though that could be due to poor water quality.
Take s sample of your water to the lfs and tell them to write the reading down for you.

The tank is way to small for a black ghost knife fish.
