Hello i was cleaning out my planted betta tank decided to give it a make over and found this random creature in it

Looks like Mayfly lavae possibly, best catch and get rid of it

Looks like a Damselfly larvae

Agreed, it's a dragon or damselfly larvae - sometimes get into aquariums from their eggs being laid on plants that you put into your tank, so make sure you've checked carefully since there may be more than one in there. They're predatory, able to catch and kill shrimp and small fry, so get rid of it for sure!
