thanks

what about the fish in the bottom left

looks like a Julidochromis species from Lake Tanganyika but i know there are also Malawi Cichlids this shape?

I think it is a tang

I can see Male Kenyi, Venestus and greshakei

If this is the male Kenyi you refer to (bottom right) he's quite a beauty isn't he? better than any pics i can find on google anyway, the bars on his body really stand out?

can anyone else help identify the fish in the original (top) link

I am buying this tank (67 gallon) and also have another 67 gallon so i can split the fish if needed, i think soe of them perhaps shouldn't be in the same tank (am especially thinking diet wise)

you cant see in pictures but there is also in the tank

5x Clown Loach
1x Pictus
2x "Malawi Catifish" which i presume might be Syno's

I want the fish that really prefer a vegetable based diet in the tank and perhaps the others in another tank

So far, the following have been identified

Copadichromis azureus
Male Kenyi
Venestus and
Greshakei
Parrot
Yellow Labs

i would really like to know if anyone can spot the "tang" looking cichlid and try to identify, its in ONE of the pics, and also there is some fish that almost look like Silver Dollars (kind of)

many thanks

Theres also a male red zebra and what looks to be a male melanochromis chipokae ? and a big fat acei

Most of the ones I can ID have already been IDed. ;)

Venestus get really big (cichlidforum.com says 10"), so they'll definitely need a tank bigger than 67g, as there are a few of them and they are already a pretty good size.

whats the fish in top of the picture

an Acei or a Greshakei ?
The fish to the left of the light pink parrot in this picture looks like the Greshakei:

(Its the purplish looking fish above the lab, left of the pink parrot)

That tank is definitely overcrowded so I'm glad you will be able to split the fish up if you buy the tank.
