So I recently lost two guppies who exhibited clamped fins and occasional glancing and then died a day or two after being moved to the QT tank. I've kept an eye on my remaining three guppies, but one of them (the last of the original three that I bought when I first started) has been going downhill rapidly in the last 3 days or so.
I've noticed he seems to be getting fat. He doesn't use his tail often to swim, and for the last two days, he's been apart from the other two remaining guppies in the tank, floating near the filter output.
Yesterday I began treating with Pimafix & Melafix and added a second dose today, planning on having tomorrow be the last day of treatment with those meds, do a water change, remove my snail, dwarf frog and shrimp to the QT tank and treat with Mardel Maracide on the chance that it could be flukes or some other parasite that I haven't seen.

Since I started treatment, Eastwood (my little sicky) seemed to be perking up a little bit. However, I noticed tonight that he is no longer using his back fin to swim through the water, is breathing rapidly and is now laying at the bottom in the substrate, looking too exhausted to move. I haven't seen him glance or rub on anything, so I'm really not sure what is going on with him!
I think I'm going to lose him if I don't do something. The only problem is that the directions in the Maracide say to be careful using it with any other meds. My first instinct is to whisk out the frog and inverts and medicate, but the last thing I want to do is kill the other two guppies!

I need advice, please help!

Here is a link to my original thread with tank stats, params, temp and everything. Note: The heater has been returned to the tank, but it's been hot today and the thermometer is reading at 84!

Edit: I forgot to add that I also noticed today that Eastwood has stringy white poo. Internal parasites?

He not going to make it sorry, once they labour breath and lay on the gravel dying.
How bloated is the fish.
Long stringy white poo constipation, internal parasites, bacterial infection.
What do you feed the fish.

Not very bloated, more like he's just looking fat. I noticed only a little bit of white poo.
They are fed flake food 2x daily, small amounts. Occasionally they snag a bloodworm intended for the frog, and recently they've discovered the joy of sinking shrimp pellets (also intended for the frog).

Shell peas and cut the bloodworms out for a few days.
Good luck.
