Please Help Green Bubbles!

Hi Guys,
Hope some one can help...
I have Green Bubbles over the top of the water suface also the water surface is Green , sounds daft but the water itself is fine...there is also like a film on the water surface....

Put cotton balls in a fish net and run it around the water. It should absorb most of it.
Do you feed tubifex worms? It sounds like residue... I could be wrong though.
Hopefully someone that knows more will tell you something soon!

Is the surface of the water agitated? are the excessive nitrates/nitrites? Sounds like a surface bloom, due to lack of water movement....
