Please Help = Big Loach Problems

Im having tons of problems with my loaches.

I have alrdy lost 3. I dont want to lose any more.

I just fought off ick to face these new problems.

Its awful.

My loach cant seem to swim at all, he can barely keep himself upright.

Hes breathing very hard. His color is very dark.

Whats wrong with him?

What sort of loaches are they and what are your parameters? I think it will be hard for other members to help without more information.

Nitrates - 15ppm
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
PH -7.5-7.6

Clown Loaches

Ive just lost my 4th and he was huge =\. about 6 inches.
