Hi from newbie Rozie,
I have 2 tanks, one with 9 pirhana and the other with 3 silver dollars and 4 cat fish. I have an awful feeling that I unintentionally klled two of the Dollys and all the catfish.
They were all doing fine until we changed the gravel for sand.After about 10 days all but one of the fish died at the same time overnight.
There was a dreadful smell from the tank.

The pirhana seemto be well so far.
Any ideas why 6 fish died together?
