Playing Dead!

hi all,

a little while ago i asked peaple if any of there fish ever play dead as i have a young albino bristlenose that does.

managed to get a picture the other day and hopefuly if i have managed to attach photo with this thread you will see that see is just laying on her back under log not attached!!!

very strange the first time i saw her doing it was shortly after getting her just before christmas last year,woke up christmas day to find on her back so there was me panacking to do water change incase there was problems when realy she just does it!!

if you dont disturb her she will stay like it for ages.

My YoYo loach is constantly laid on it's side, then wanders off around the tank again for a few minutes, haha

My albino bnp hides it's face in a hole in the wood and won't budge!
The first time I seen her doing it I thought she was dead.
I took the wood out of the tank for further investigation and she still didn't move a muscle,
I touched her and nothing!
I returned the wood to the aquarium as I wasn't sure what else to do.
I couldn't see her gills moving as they were buried in the hole.
An hour later she was out and about grazing as normal!

My BN's do this quite often, it's like they where having a snooze got into a deep dream and forgot to keep the suction working .

My female bn sometimes does this not alot but i did worry lol

One of my females also like to try and get stuck under some wood she succeded once i think i lifted up the wood and there she was covered in her own mess fish do the funnyest things lol
