I want to use chjeap. white home depot play sand for the foreground of my tank. When plnats would do well in this? I will be useing better substrate, towrds the back, with more of my stem plants. What rosettte or other non-demending plants can be used in this foreground?

play sand is fine and how you position it is up to you, get on plant geek (google) and get researching some plants that are suitable for your kind of lighting
