Play Sand

i want some playsand for my tank
now every topic says argos playsand but could i use B&Q,s playsand insted

I use the B&Q playsand that comes in their standard packaging with lots of pink on it It's perfectly fine, in fact I heard about the B&Q sand being OK long before the Argos sand

well went and got some today ,didnt realise how long it would take to clean it

yep sure is mate

took me at least 1hour pluss to do it all ,as it says on the bag pre washed yeah right lol
but me been inpaitiant didnt wash the last bucket as long as the others so i had to do a compleate water change in the end anyway grrrrr

Should have just chucked it all in and done a water change. Save yourself an hour.
